High potential employees who aspire to be leaders have a distinct advantage when they consider the personal and professional foundations which support their development. Being more intentional about their full development increases the speed and degree of their success.

"The Coaches’ Professional Foundations Program" is a CCUI program offered by Brent Brower as a 12 or 24 week TeleClass training experience which addresses the five foundations for current and future leaders:

	Personal Knowledge of Self: knowing your strengths, gifts, values, needs, as well as personal limitations contributes to higher levels of success.
	Professional Presence: much more than technical capability, professional presence is being proficient at the human side of business—using your ability to connect with others.
	Personal Organization: being productive means effectively addressing time, space, life and change which makes life more effortless and devoid of struggle.
	Professional Excellence: optimizing all of your essential talents for the achievement of extraordinary results, making use of all you’ve learned and your desire and commitment to exceed your personal best.
	Extreme Self Care: extreme self care is the doorway to success in every other area, because when there are no tolerations, roadblocks, or barriers in your personal life, you have all the reserves you need to excel.

The  course addresses each of the five professional foundations in depth as well as their application to principled centered leadership. The course is appropriate for coaches, corporate managers and executives, corporate trainers and consultants, as well as high potential professionals who wish to improve their leadership effectiveness.

Logistics
All teleclasses will be led by Brent Brower, a Business and Personal Coach and a CCUI Licensed Facilitator. Each participant would make a long distance call to a bridge line and each class would be 60 minutes for the 24 week class and 90 minutes for the 12 week class. The participants would be expected to complete about 60-90 minutes of fieldwork outside of class each week. Each participant would receive a 178-page self-study guide and workbook for the class. Brent would provide each participant access to him by phone to address any challenges they were experiencing as they worked through the material. 

Leadership and coaching skills are also modeled and developed in the class as each participant is given opportunities to lead the class through selected modules 
in the workbook.
