Individual

You have potential far beyond your
current awareness. Working with a coach accesses that potential and energizes

the client’s top priorities. Typical priorities include:

Experience has taught me that the relationship
between a coach and their client is most successful when it meets the desires
of both participants. I would ask that you think about and share with me
what is important to you in a coach. In other words, what would your Ideal
Coach be like? While rarely does one find a 100% match, it is important
to be in the ballpark. I offer you the following thoughts on my ideal individual
client to benchmark against and to encourage you to consider what you are
looking for in a coach.
My Ideal
Individual Client is an Executive, Entrepreneur, Manager, or Professional
who:
 |
Seeks a higher level of success
and satisfaction in their business and / or personal life. |
 |
Is willing to be introspective and
to increase their self awareness. |
 |
Is open to trying new things to
achieve different and better outcomes. |
 |
Has the courage to be totally honest
with themselves and with me. |
 |
Desires to be a positive contributor
in all relationships. |
 |
Is willing to commit to taking action,
even when the action involves patience. |
 |
Is interested in strongly moving
forward as opposed to dwelling in the past. |
 |
Fully appreciates the value of coaching
and is willing to invest in the relationship. |
As a tool to help you focus on your
priorities for working with a coach, I would like to invite you to complete
the Balance
Wheel
of Life exercise. I think you will find it helpful in
documenting your current position and where you would like to make shifts
in your life. The priorities usually become fairly evident and informative
in this exercise.
