Coaching Clinic^© will positively influence all relationships (with direct reports, with peers, as well as with clients) as the highly respectful coaching and communication model is employed. Coaching Clinic© effectively trains individuals in skills necessary for coaching within an organization. It is a fully developed model, which can be implemented immediately to:

	Improve organizational communication and team effectiveness.

Logistics
The Two-Day Corporate Coach University International (CCUI) Coaching Clinic© can be delivered to meet the clients’ needs and objectives. Some like to conduct the clinic over two consecutive days. If the participants are in a common location some clients’ prefer each clinic to be conducted in four, four-hour sessions scheduled over a 12 week period to minimize the impact on the business and provide for deeper learning through practicing the coaching skills between sessions. 

All clinics will be led by Brent Brower, a Business and Personal Coach and a CCUI Licensed Facilitator. Brent will use class situations and case scenarios as much as possible to role model coaching in action. There will also be opportunities in each session for each participant to practice new coaching skills with other participants in the clinic.
